Alwful experience shopping for trainers. Staff are clueless. Management seems to be none existent or run by morons. Took 10mins to find a member of staff that was interested in helping me only because I approached them. Then when my trainer arrived they walked off leaving me with the trainer. Do they really think things sell themselves? Staff are more interested in talking to each other, the music or bouncing a basketball. Nike used to have a strong brand which promoted a good service. They are officially the Primark of all the sports brands. They've lost their identity on the shop floor. When I was younger I looked forward to seeing what was happening in this store, I even remember queuing to enter it when it first opened. How far from this image they have fallen. They may also need to teach their staff how to smile. Rant over.
