We waited an hour after the check in time for our room. Top sheet was ripped! Drinks service was really slow.
Restaurant service was good but the "gluten free" option was not gluten free - bet that would lead to a massive suit in USA!!!!
The place is tired and needs a refresh to be a premium venue.
