To date, I am asked to post an opinion on my experience. (I take my breath)

For my part, my experience with this Dauchez company, I would say catastrophic but there is no word to say, I would have liked to put no star but unfortunately I have to put 1 !!!

A week ago I visited an apartment so I submitted my file, the salesperson informed me that he would keep me informed within 48 hours for the response which is professional on his part.
Then a few days pass
I have no answer so I decide to call the agency.

The people on the phone are rude (Like all reviews on this company.)
but really no sense of communication and especially of loyalty to customers.

And I ask them where is my file, the person answers me supposedly that he could not see even that my name was not present in the list of the candidatures for this property for rent. (Knowing the visit has already carried out and the file delivered by hand, the salesperson will recognize himself ...)

I ask him how it is done, where can I get the salesman who took my file well so that I can see with him face to face but as usual no answer, no call from him.

The people who work in it are lost they don't know what they're doing.

Then I decide to call back two hours later because you never know you may come across another person who may be more pleasant and the other person tells me that my file is present but still being processed (search the mistake).
I said bah yet one of your colleagues told me that my name or even my file did not exist, her answer that she then gave me almost made me die of laughter "It is not Monday, it is for that but you can send me your file by mail !!!!! "
I told them just destroy my file I cancel my application !!!!
Imagine already the file processing which was Incomprehensible so I can not even imagine the signing of the day of the good.

Never again in my life will I deal with this Dauchez company, which has no real estate skills and above all a sense of commercial value.

Really I say it to all flee but flee, seek another company which will listen to you and will retain you according to your needs.
