Smith Thompson security has exceeded our expectations. The service technician arrived promptly and was able to connect the system while on site. He explained the entire system, reviewing all aspects of the keypad then thoroughly assisted while we set up our app. The app is an excellent feature. We use this regularly. We also appreciate they are a local company.
