As I am in the customer service business myself, I have to compliment MBNWA. I have owned 3 pre-owned Mercedes and have always trusted your service department to take care of my car the way it deserved to be. The service department has never steered me the wrong way. I appreciated the friendly service and customer care and environment so much that I turned around and purchased a New car from you guys. And I continue to get excellent service and not to mention getting to bring in my car when needed to give her a bath from the wash bay guys and enjoy snacks and wifi is quite the perk if i say so myself!!
