Just had a really aggravating experience at Toyota...

Just had a really aggravating experience at Toyota of Hackensack. I took my lease in for an oil change and check up. Upon receiving my car everything looked ok. I didn't notice until recently that my floor mats were not reinstalled by the service technician.

Since then there has been slight damage caused to my carpet as a result of the floor mats being removed. I admit I hadn't noticed them not being there at first. I brought my car to speak to the Manager Louie and even told them I would re-purchase the floor mats but would not be held responsible for the damage to the carpet.

The manager was condescending, rude and defensive. He seemed to take it so personal and kept saying that he didn't remove the mats. I know you didn't Louie, but someone did. It is clear they aren't a customer service company and I am really excited for my lease to be up. I would never recommend a company like this to anyone. I see why people pay more for luxury cars as I have heard the customer service is much better.
