When I called this morning they described their oil change as "Express" with no appointment needed and that it would take 1 hour and 15 minutes for an oil change and a car wash. However after driving in from an hour away I arrived at 10:15 and they said it would be 2 to 2 and a half hours just for the oil change, not including the car wash. I didnt get my oil changed or my car washed because I had a 12:30 appointment based upon the time frame I was given. So don't expect a quick turn around or any attempt to make it right.
