James was at the desk when I showed up almost 5 hours early to pick up my car. They were accommodating and let me rent super early. I was a bit taken aback at the price as I had reserved online and my total was 157$ and when I picked up the car it was a bit over $350. Was told if the car was returned with a full tank and no damages, I would be refunded $200. So, when I return the car and I receive my "deposit" back, I will rate higher
