Mintahoe Catering was able to respond within 24 hours of my contacting them with an excellent selection of food, deserts and refreshments for a reception for my wife's funeral service. They were on time and ready for my guests after the service. Kailey, my contact there, was efficient and courteous and I received numerous comments from the people that attended about how much they enjoyed the food. Thank you for making a very difficult time much easier.
