I had read all of the terrible reviews and still gave it a try. I lived here my first semester in Provo and immediately moved the next semester. There was constant construction going on as well as painting our door and building. I even got wet paint on my favorite sweater. They offer all of these "amenities" but the hot tub is always over crowded with people who don't live there and I couldn't even find where to use the tanning bed. The parking lot is the most ridiculous thing ever. It's always so crammed that I have permanent dents in my car from other peoples' car doors. I lived in the building on the opposite side from the overflow parking. The mechanic was constantly in our apartment because the insides are falling apart. Hands down worst place i've lived with all of the hidden fees and contract twists. I had to pay $150 just to sell my own housing contract when I had to also find someone else to buy it. Make sure to read your contract very carefully if you end up making the huge mistake of living there.
