THUMBS DOWN!!! I would rate zero starts if possibl...

THUMBS DOWN!!! I would rate zero starts if possible. Do not waist your time or money at this establishment. My husband and I went out for what we were hopeful would be an awesome experience as we had heard from others... NOT the case!! All seamed well when we got there but after we put in our order with a server named Jaycee it went down hill. We both ordered steaks (one of which was on the high end of $30) with 2 side salads. We waited for our food for 45-50 minutes before I finally had to stop Jaycee as she walked by us without acknowledgment for about the 10th time, to ask what the deal was. Only then did we get our pre dinner salads and an apology. She said that the were short staffed .. I would have given her the Benefit of the doubt if it would have been for a table of six who showed up 20 minutes after we had ordered and already had their salads and appetizers. Our food showed up shortly after our salads (An hour and 10min after order time) only to be missing one of my sides and having a raw steak. I firmly believe that if I wouldn t have said anything to our server that we would have been charged full price. I explained why I was so angry and she offered a lousy 20% discount. At this point I was just ready to be out of that god forsaken place and accepted. We still ended up paying close to $80 for a dinner that we could have mutilated ourselves at home for free. Not to mention we didn t even receive everything that was ordered in the first place!!! So, will I reccomend this place to anyone else? Absolutely not .. total waste of time and money!
