This company seems to know nothing about customer service when things go wrong! Really annoyed as after moving into a new flat I booked to have my washer/dryer delivered from these guys. Got the confirmation email and everything. Then on the day of delivery I checked the tracking and it said it wasn't booked for delivery - I was told that due to my card details and delivery details not matching (due to being in a new flat) they had blocked the delivery. This took 5 mins to rectify, but then they couldn't deliver until 8 days later (I work 9-5 and they would only give an all day delivery appointment). They refused to rectify this by adding me onto a delivery the following 2 days when I could accept the delivery. They "apologised" and said they would look into why I hadn't received an automatic email to tell me the delivery had been stopped, but that still left me without a machine for another week and no better off. On top of that I think the whole complaint was handled very badly with an attitude of "well what do you want me to do about it?"
