I have a 2013 Nissan Leaf and went in to get my 2G...

I have a 2013 Nissan Leaf and went in to get my 2G Hardware upgraded, A50K mile checkup, 3 recalls taken care of. I was told that the recall would take care of my communication there was nothing to be done for service on my leaf because there is just nothing to do. I asked could you at least check the brakes? I was told advantage service will perform a inspection of the entire car and report the results. I again asked about the 2g communications system being updated and told David the service tech that i remembered it would cost round 100.00 to 200.00 dollars. he again stated that the recall will take care of it.
When I left the the communication system was not updated, I received no report on the condition of my car. the recalls were completed. I was also told that generally if a recall is to be done that is all they will do on that visit.
I have owned a lot of vehicles and found the customer service at this Nissan dealership atrocious, every time I have been there, I am made to feel that I am causing the service department serious misfortune. I am always polite and nice, they are a joy and kind on the phone but when you show up and expect work to be done, nothing happens.
Every other Dealership in this area that has a service department has some sort of Customer lounge to wait as work is being done or a shuttle is being ordered, all but advantage Nissan, there is just no place for the customer, nothing offered, just nothing to make the customer feel like they matter.
Based on several experiences I have had at Advantage Nissan, I will likely never buy a Nissan again.
Please Understand I have nothing against Nissan, I just cant imagine myself ever going to this dealership again.
