Contacted customer service and was told our intern...
Contacted customer service and was told our internet was fine and that it was our router. After connecting the modem to my computer and using the manufacturer info found that it was the modem wasn t registering connection. It was after hours called and left a message and got a call back in 30 minutes. Helped walk me through to find it was a loose cable connector. Thank you
