Beautiful hotel and is on the beach with excellent facilities and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Leads onto the beautiful sand dunes. A wonderful holiday in November 2020.

Disappointed, was very nice looking hotel with good facilities. But let down by grumpy desk staff. Rooms are nice but let down by uncomfortable bed and pillow, I presume this is the case so you have to pay for one of their specialist pillows that they offer (and i paid for a premium room). The restaurant is pretentious and nothing special, waiter would not permit us to eat in the style we wanted (shared platters so we could try multiple dishes) and insisted we eat whole dishes that in the end we could not finish after which the waiter became rude and pointed us out in front of the other guests. Struggled to find Canarian products being offered on the menu, disappointment. In the end we only used this place only to sleep and some of the facilities, we had to venture out to find good food and culture which luckily we did find. When i highlighted my issues to the desk staff, they didn't care.

Excellent hotel in a quiet part of Fuertaventura. Great buffet for breakfast and dinner. Pool and beach area had bar service. Had an exclusive feel. Had to move rooms and the new renovated one was significantly better than the one I moved from.

One of the most fantastic experiences Beautiful hotel and grounds. Absolutely Love the Ambience and Vistas sitting in Coco Bahia for either a drink or delicious meal.Lovely, hard working staff who look after you so well.

Really loved the resort! DELICIOUS buffet, very nice staff, and gorgeous views of the water!! And a short ride to the city center.

From the moment you walk into the hotel everything is absolutely perfect! Its a 100% five star hotel. We had an amazing holiday. Its immaculately clean. Food is great - so much choice! Rooms are spacious. Staff is fantastic. Thank you to David, Laura, Belen and all the team who deserve to be praised for their great attitude and work ethos. We will be back!

Perfect hotel! super nice, with all different facilities that you can imagine but the point is they all are with very high quality and in the best possible way. They've got attention to all small details.
We were a family of four adults, our room was a bit far from my parents so we had to walk around anytime we wanted to meet but the hotel and every corner of it was so nice that made it fine.
Internal pool was super great, with several jacuzzi inside, and beautiful view.
They had different restaurants that would give you lots of choice for different tastes but we chose the buffet which was really great.
Staff were also very nice and helpful.
Beach was super beautiful and breath taking, it was a bit chilly when we were there but still we could easily use the beach regarding the fine wind keepings that they had in front of the beds, very nice bar also there.
Internet was working well everywhere.
We'd been in different 5 star hotels around the world, I can easily say this one was the best between all the places we've been till now. Truthfully it worth to go and bring deep joy to yourself.
I've only one regret, we were here very short, I hope we come back soon!

Beautiful furniture and decoration, we were lucky to get an upgrade for a room with sea view. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has a huge offer of food and part of it is changing every day. They have a nice gym and a nice spa area. Highly recommended!
