I want to recognize Daniel Maalouf for making a horrible experience an unforgettable one. One of the sales associates who I will not mention name gave my sister and me incorrect information after waiting an hour to purchase and get a monogrammed item. This sales person took another guest when I asked to speak to the manager after I didn t agree with his response of saying I could not purchase an item. He never got the manager and after 20 minutes I had to ask someone else to get one. Daniel arrived and I explained what I wanted to purchase and what I was told by the previous sales rep. Daniel assured me I could indeed buy what I needed and explained the sales rep was wrong. Daniel took ownership of the issue and resolved immediately for me. He went over and beyond to make it right. Thank you Daniel!!!
