I'm a Project Manager for retail construction company in NY that oversees construction projects across US (build-outs, build-backs, remodels, ect.). My company got awarded to perform a buildout for a big national financial office in Johnson City, TN. I needed General Contractor company and found Preston Construction Co on Google. Decided to give them a call and see if they would like to partner up with NY based company. From initial interactions, going over construction drawings, deadlines and overall project requirements, Preston Construction with Brian Ross as my PM/Site Super exceeded our expectations in every aspect of this project. Brian Ross proved how detail oriented he is, organized, responsive and most importantly, Brian thinks outside the box and he's always willing to help. Brian helped us resolving Fire, Life and Safety inspection issues with Dept. of Buildings and Fire Dept. when we were facing potentially significant project delays and not being able to turn the space over to the owner on time. It wasn't part of Preston Construction contract, but Brian did everything he possibly could to help us resolve inspection issues, showcasing his limitless capabilities and resources. Really great partnership, quality of work (there was no punch list at the end of our project) and excellent project execution. I'm looking forward to work with Preston Const.
