I looked up my vehicle online before coming to test drive it. I was confident I wanted that particular vehicle so long as it felt good driving. Asheboro Ford got three starts because the buying process was very easy. It was straight forward, fast and to the point. I purchased a car previously that was an all day experience, so this was very nice. I subtracted two stars because after leaving the lot I noticed several of my lights were out ( I did not think to look when I was there), I was also told that all the oils were changed and the Honda was up to date maintenance wise. After leaving I noticed the car was taking awhile to start when I turned the key. Also the passenger mirror was loose and about to fly off when driving on the highway. Due to a mirror being a safety issue I would of expected that to be inspected well before the purchase.
To make a long story short they fixed the mirror and gave me a new battery to fix the car starting problem. I dropped the car off at 9am and it wasn't ready until 5:30pm. The guy at the service desk was not very friendly and I felt as though I should of received better customer service for something like that. Either way, I am content with my purchase and no other major issues have been noted.

UPDATE: my starter ended up being bad and I had to use the insurance I purchased with the car to fix it. That required a $100 deposit. I asked them to check the starter when I brought it back and they said it was fine. I would not recommend purchasing a car from here.
