Had to get my braces, doctor is only at the office...

Had to get my braces, doctor is only at the office ONCE a month and when they finally placed my braces my wire fell out when i got home. We called and were told to wait a month. Dont let the staff fool you, theyre sweet and all but the quality is bad. The 2nd time i go to get my wire fixed, my bracket falls off and they didnt have enough glue to stick it back on.
