Photo quality is good, but terrible customer servi...

Photo quality is good, but terrible customer service.
We were missing a part of our order and called customer service to follow-up. They indicated the photos had printed...no apologies or recognition of error, but agreed to send them out on our next school shipment (which would be weeks away). When I questioned this method and asked if they could be shipped immediately to our house since the original photo shipment already took 2 months, the service rep said no and hung up on me. Lack of any responsibility on the company's part and very rude service rep. Not impressed.
