Spoke to Cody at the cell phone section. Very honest and helpful. I even told him that I'd need to think about my decision, and he just said, "Sure, glad to help." I don't need pressure or aggressive tactics to make purchases (*cough* Verizon Store). If Best Buy locations offer this kind of service, I wonder why some of these other stores bother paying the overhead to keep their own (terrible CS) stores open.
