service entering the airport/plane is great but the dunkin near gate b26 for southwest ruined my whole experience. The lady at the register, which on the receipt says linda G, was extremely rude towards not only me and my mother, but everyone in her presence. She continuously asked rude and demeaning questions making it seem as if we were stupid.
