Worst experience I have ever had with this company...

Worst experience I have ever had with this company. I usually don't post negative comments about other people but this company just crossed the line. Stay away from them.

I rent a dryer and washer from them. The dryer is broken and it makes screeching noise. On July 24 , I called them to tell about it and they said a technician will come out to check it within 24 hours. Nobody came. We endured it until August 24. I called in again a month later to report the same problem . The lady on the phone , named Retinder, acknowledged that I called in July but didn't get any service so she said she is sending someone out within 24 hours . Today is the 25th and nobody showed up again. I had to call in to check up on them and they gave me a phone number of a wrong technician.

I'm very frustrated with this company . They only know how to collect money but don't fix the problems and couldn't care less about their customers.

Stay away if you want to avoid headaches.
Look at how many people wrote negative comment about them . They deserve a Grammy for getting so many of the same comments.
