Extremely disappointing. Your project Provident Harmony is very poorly managed. I wonder if that's true for other projects too. The lifts installed by Krone is not covered for parts replacement even under warranty. Most of the lifts are therefore down for unjustifiable duration. Guess a lift inoperative for four days. How do a resident reach his floors four and above? I want all the residents to escalate this to the management.
