This place is bad news! The property manager is a B**** don't rent from them there horrible

They are not good. I can't wait to get out of their property

I've rented from ASA for over 3 years. They maintain the building and keep it clean. They're usually quick on the maintenance requests. I feel like they are concerned about their property and look out for their residents. Very happy here.

They are as bad as Goldmark. Promises that things will get done and don't. Different rules for others. Been here 4 years can't wait to get out.

The Resident Manager being referred to is Dillon at the Camden Court apartments. I called the police because I was fed up with him looking in my windows and lurking around my apartment as so many women in the past have been. Just like the other women I ve thrown my hands up in frustration with this man and I m moving. In this building the heat and electric are paid so he uses that as his reason for continually bothering you about your windows being open. Everyone in the building agrees that these apartments are way too hot, you have to open a window or you ll suffocate - and there stands the creeper looking inside asking why your windows are open. Ugh, way too much for me. If he senses you don t like him he starts harassing you and calling the office. I m getting away from this place. ASA has continued to let this guy work here for years & they take his word over the rentor. Just sick, creepy, and disgusting. Having the utilities paid is NOT worth the creepy harassment.

We rent multiple apartments (for the past 2 years) for our seasonal employees- and Tammie has been AMAZING to work with. If there are issues, they get taken care of promptly.

Really frustrating. They know that we're on a fixed income right now and that at times, rent is late and we pay late fees which is fine. What's not fine is when I call to let them know, we still get a 3 day or vacate notice so that costs even more. It's very stressful.

I have worked with Tony and his team for about 15 years, which speaks volumes in itself. Very trustworthy, reliable, detailed, and very effective communicators. His business is a people business. Working with an array of personalities is not easy, but ASA keeps everyone smiling! If your in need of a management company, you will be glad you called ASA.

They work with me. Always willing to come and help. Never anyproblems. Rented in two different building.

Called about renting from them and Tammie said she had to talk to Tony about or situation and she'd call me back, never did. I called there 3xs, shes like i think he said you'd be denied! Thinking to myself did you even talk to him or are you just saying that. Then she didnt even say bye she just hung up on me!!

Slum lords of the century. Had never been so sick for so long. Every property is contaminated in one way or another.

ASA has recently took over our apt building as new management...so far nothing has been fixed updated etc..however non stop new rules have been put in place such as our vehicles are to be in the garage at all times...? some residents own more than one vehicle and considering there are assigned parking spots as well as off street parking im confused as to how its ok for a residents vehicle(s) to be impounded or being charged a fee.? Seems like same conditions with more rules and im sure the rent will be going up as well! Not impressed so far and will be calling management asap for more clarification on these ridiculous rules!
