It's far better than a lot of places I have worked...

It's far better than a lot of places I have worked. Boss man is fair and even tempered. Dispatch is above par. Pay is adequate. My only real complaint is that mile can fluctuate wildly from week to week, but boss man does his best to keep everyone rolling as much as possible.
