I am an upset customer!!!!! I went to get my car serviced on 6/18/2016 Saturday morning. First when i got there i ask for a car wash and vacuum. Seams like the vacuum was lost ...lol. So they were not able to vacuum no one new what happen to the vacuum i was only able to get a wash. The service adviser said come back Next week Tuesday we will vacuum it...lol Joke like i live around the corner ok what ever. They came and got me said car is ready. I went to get my car it seems like a year old wash my car another joke..lol I left with my car. Now my dash board kept flashing service due now!! tire maintenance!! Ok so i said to my self maybe it take some time for it to register so system can read it. It will now be two weeks still flashing. I go check my car, these people never rotated the tires. How do i know this because i have a small scratch on my front rim and the rim is still in the front. This would of been my first tire rotation since i purchase the car brand new my front tires look worn which the back don't. Not sure if these service advisers think i am stupid now i am wondering if the oil and filter change was even done?????? Because my car keeps telling me service due now tire maintenance. What kind of customer service is this????? These people are a joke. Said part a purchase a oil change plan within my loan to have my car service there. These people are a Joke. I will be there tomorrow morning some one better have answers for me. Who ever gets there car service here be careful do not trust them!!!! They took my money and they did not do there job.
