While I was listening to 94.9 I heard the commercial about Smith Thompson security. At first I shook my head because I remember my experience and how the owner of Smith Thompson Security was so disrespectful, mean, rude and downright unprofessional. After I had my baby and brought my baby home, there were issues with our new alarm system and then out the blue the owner contacted me. It wasn't a pleasant conversation and I was a scared mother of a newborn because since I was having problems with my security system and no one could seem to fix the problem I received a call from the owner and was talked to in ways my husband of many years had never spoken to me. Then I remembered that in order to be forgiven, I have to forgive. Although looking at the owner's responses to the not so good reviews I still shake my head. To the owner of Smith Thompson security, I just want you to know that I forgive you.
