I needed to sell my house in Gravesend this year and from the start the staff were helpful. I had a valuation done relatively quickly and within 2 weeks of viewings received an offer that was suitable. I had solar panels on my house so the process was slightly longer but the team were able to ensure the buyer and myself were updated all the way and that the sale was completed.
I would recommend Springbok as they ensured I got an offer that I needed as other agencies I contacted all got offers that were much lower and unrealistic.
