Terrible customer service. Do NOT try cancelling or changing an aspect of your membership through the guys at the gym because apparently their heads aren t big enough to handle a simple system change or even note that it happened...and if you try calling and having them change it and provide stellar service, good luck! You won t get anywhere. Spoke to Taylor at customer service and she was of no help. When I asked to SPEAK to a supervisor she refused and offered me nothing to make up for their mistakes. SUCH A JOKE.
