HANDS DOWN BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER RECIEVED!!

These guys are amazing, I cannot say enough positive things about American RV. I recently purchased a used four wheel camper from a private seller and had LOTS of questions from hardware install, electrical wiring, operations etc. Steve told me to bring my truck in and he would help me out. Prior to my visit I purchase an installation kit over the phone (which was hand selected by staff for my needs). I called around and the cost of this kit was the most affordable by far, not to mention most complete. When I brought my truck in, prior to 3rd party camper purchase, Steve immediately stopped what he was doing in the office to come outside in the baking sun to help me. As the questions proceeded Steve brought out his very experienced technician Alfredo to help out as well. We were out in the baking sun for over an hour measuring, taping, and advising for the install. An actual install probably would have been quicker and they didn't even charge me a penny. With sweat beading off foreheads both staff members patiently answered every single question with a smile. I couldn't believe how helpful, insightful, and patient they were. I will also add I only bought a 120.00 parts kit and received the service of the purchaser of a 15K RV.

I HIGHLY recommend anybody in Southern California who has four wheel camper, RV/Camper needs to look into American RV Co. I myself continue to work with American RV and have nothing but great things to say. I'm not one to write reviews but they absolutely deserve it, an easy 5 stars!
