The most important part of an organization is Management! The managers are very hands on and willing to help at any given time which is rare. Most people want a hand out but they care. They can be a little intense at times. They only want you to succeed. Mostly men which is fine. Over all, great place to work. Just do your job. The hours are fine if they suit your life.
