Stephen Fleming has been our (Riverwalk at Wildwood HOA) property manager since last summer, and he has smoothed out the kinks that formerly seemed to be routine. He genuinely cares not only about processes and procedures but especially about residents and Board members who are charged with their fiduciary responsibilities. His style, positive demeanor, and leadership skills are in full display on a regular basis. Simply put, Stephen is a good man who is effective as we work together to accomplish the mutual objectives of his organization and our HOA. Glad to know him. Jere Gault
