This organization is a scam. As a business owner they approach you to pay into their organization and if you don't then no matter how responsive you are when you get communication from them or how you respond if you have not paid then you get a C rating or less. As a consumer if you make a complaint against an organization that has paid to be an "accredited" member they immediately auto close it and file as "informational only". Does it make sense that A+ accredited businesses with BBB are 1 star on Yelp? BBB is no longer what I would consider a trustworthy organization--at least not the Houston branch. Remember people this is a non profit rating organization whose obligation clearly is to it's paying members and not the public. Google, yelp or any other review site that does not charge for the rating of their organizational members is likely a more trustworthy source. This organization is clearly outdated. Just our 2 cents
