They'll let you check in early as soon as a room is available to accommodate the earliest flight into the city.

My few disappointments are the limited selection in the breakfast menu, and the exhaust in the smoking rooms that are practically useless. So if you smoke, I suggest opting for a non-smoking room and have your cigarettes in the lobby.

It's about an hour away from the airport.
A minute away from the Provincial Government office.
And you can find great food only a walk away from the hotel.
