I switched to Smith Thompson after poor customer service from my previous alarm company. So far, I am impressed.
The installation was squeezed into their schedule to accommodate our leaving town.
The technician was on time, very friendly and professional and took time to answer all my questions. They were able to use our existing system with a few small replacements. He tested everything to make sure it was working correctly, and he even found how to set the keypad audible settings to my liking.
I would highly recommend Smith Thompson for alarm monitoring.
