The price they quote will NOT include everything they charge and you will not be advised until after they have your possessions in their possession. The movers showed up on time for the first part of my move however did not show up for the second scheduled part of the move, even though I had received confirmation. I was then charged additional storage fees until they were able to reschedule delivery. I was not able to reach anyone to find out what happened to the scheduled delivery even though I was assured that weekends were business as usual.
Dealing with the accounting department after they have overcharged was fruitless. Choose another company, these guys sound good up front, but they will overcharge and underdeliver.
