Wow, this was the best car buying experience I ve ever had. It started with me inquiring online and Kiera called me immediately and asked what vehicle I was interested in. She set up an appointment for me to come in. Oh, I also received a follow up email reminding me of my appointment. Once I arrived I was greeted warmly, and my salesperson Hudson who by the way was awesome made sure that I had the vehicle that I wanted. The sales manager Greg Webster gave me the beat deal ever.
The finance director Tim Hackney was very personable and explain everything in great detail. I highly recommend Jim Ellis Toyota in Mcdonough to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle.
