Hadid, an internet/phone technician has been exceptionally helpful in setting up my internet connection. I encountered a problem that could not be solved quickly because a technician could not enter my home during the COVID crisis.
However Hadid was patient and gave me multiple solutions in how to approach the issue. In the end, the problem was resolved and I am incredibly grateful for Hadid's help. He makes a great first impression to the customer service abilities of Coextro, especially for a first time customer.
