First time having to file unemployment and I've b...

First time having to file unemployment and I've been on the phone for 2.5 hours this morning trying to do so. I wasn't able to file directly online and was referred to call. This is ridiculous and complete madness. DC you can't tell me this the best you can do. This is horrible!!!
