I forgot my iPhone in the room I stayed at and I called and notified them and they told me they have it. I asked them to mail it to me and they charged me almost $20 and when I received my phone in the mail the finger print button was smashed and my iPhone was dripping water. So not only they broke my phone, they also dipped it in water to make sure it doesn't work at all. Thanks to whomever it was that did this to me for absolutely no reason at all. I was the nicest quest they've ever have had. Would I go back to Raddison hotel ? Absolutely YES. Just not the same location.
