Probably the worst experience that I have ever encountered with a mortgage company. Don't do business with these people under any circumstances. One of my mortgages was sold to Mr Cooper by CitiMortgage and it was a disaster from day one. Mr Cooper owes me $2,500. and I am totally unable to get it back.
