Service department has very poor customer service ...

Service department has very poor customer service and even worse price gouging. I was charged $800 for a fuel sensor in which didn t fix the problem. I immediately noticed the issue and brought it back from a mile off site. During two weeks in a rental I called several times for an update with no return call. They said they had been trying to reach me. The service tech Andrew didn t put my new number in the system and was trying to call the old number. Andrew wrote my new number on the paper upon checking in and forgot to update the system. They refused to credit the $800 and tried to make me pay the $900 Rental. They/ I reluctantly agreed on a service exchange for $500 in lieu of me suing. An oil change and a 5 point inspection later I m told the credit has been used. I would never bring a vehicle to them again.
