Im very unhappy with this resort . I booked my trip for the Fourth of July weekend and 2 days before my trip I received a confirmation cancellation . I called the resort asking why was my reservation canceled & I got a call back from the manager of the resort and she said I m confused because I spoke to you this morning I told her I never spoke to her before and that no one should of been allowed to cancel my trip without an Itinerary number . She said she would be able to rebook my room but I should book it through Expedia because of changes in prices. I called Expedia and the resort was booked fully and I had just spoken to the manager five minutes before hand. (SOMETHING DID NOT SEEM RIGHT ABOUT THIS RESORT ) . I had my friend call the resort again and ask why her room was canceled without giving an itinerary number the man on the phone told her that they have been canceling people s renovations due to construction on the resort . They canceled my reservation and lied to me about it !!! I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH THEM AGAIN AND I HOPE NOBODY ELSE DOES AS WELL !! Yeah
