Precision camera is a local treasure for me and many others like myself in this online age. Before going to the first time, I would see ads and thought it might be a small shop with a few things in it and a repair/rental department. To my surprise, when I walked into the store, I was absolutely blown away at the size and took noticed that the inventory was just about everything I had been researching on the Internet but it was right there where I could see and touch it and buy immediately instead of calculating possible shipping times versus when I might need it. The only downside for me was that it was a long drive from South Austin to their location up north. This was remedied not long after by the addition of a South location that they just so happens to place one minute from my house. Evil I know. If there is anything I need that is not at this location by my house I just let them know and they bring it over right away. All the stars. Additionally, the staff are great and there are many things about this business that holds true to the old school principles that make local businesses strong but seem to be fading away in modern times.
