Reservations hung up on me twice. Arrival 12 people in line at HH. Waiting 10 min check in. People walking up to regular check in the lady says next and they walk right in while the HH are 10 min and counting still waiting. Total disorganized. Complain??? Totally don't care. Rooms mediocre at best. These guys run like government.
