Embarrassing for a Hilton. Took 15 mins to check in, as there was only one person working the desk at 3:30 on a Saturday. They have some weird heating/cooling problem as part of the design of the hotel, so the only way they can make my room be cooler than 73 is to bring me a portable a/c unit.
