Love the product I purchased but the service left ...

Love the product I purchased but the service left a lot to be desired. I came in with a purpose and was a sale waiting to happen! I was greeted warmly at the door but then POOF! I was trying on a pair of display boots and was asked by an associate who leaned over the couch (attached to his phone) if I needed anything to ask and then back to his phone he went.....I was able to get some help but only after I asked. I had a couple questions about weather protecting and was met with "do you step in a lot of puddles"? Once I had selected my items I was taken to the cash and once the three individuals peeled themselves away from their phones I was taken care of. It was DEAD in the store. Not impressed. No wonder retail professionals are being replaced by self check outs.
