The independent side was great, but unfortunately ...

The independent side was great, but unfortunately when we had to transfer my Aunt to the assisted side it went downhill fast. The food that was hot & fresh in the independent dining room was cold & sitting awhile in the assisted side.
The bathrooms were unheated & the complaint of the room smelling like sewage were never addressed.
She was assigned a higher level of care which she was charged for but never received.
After several complaints to a supervisor we were invited to find another place for her which we promptly did. Before she was moved out, the Supervisor had a nurse call to offer a discount. Supervisor didn t even have the decency to call herself. We refused the deal.
