I'm a bit torn in this review. The staff at the front desk was always very friendly and great advice. Room service did a good job. But: we booked through booking.com rooms with king size beds. We were first allocated rooms with queen size beds. We complained immediately and moved to the new rooms. But I think that it was not a mistake, but an intention. Maybe they do not notice it! The queen rooms are tiny. I did not want to live in it for a week. There are also hotels with small rooms that are so well thought out that they can withstand it (everywhere shelves, storage space, wall hooks). However, the Cassa Hotel is not one of them. Also in the large room, in which we moved, it was not better with the storage space. Luckily we had a lot of space on the floor and lived out of the suitcase. Our closet was so narrow that the hangers did not fit. There was something good: the beds were very comfortable.
